2.1 We create bespoke video templates for our clients who have ordered us with their instructions and payment for their custom video template(s) aligned to their corporate identity; 2.2 We usually take 7 to 10 working days in order to fully develop and design ordered bespoke video templates, however should you changed your mind after paying us for your bespoke template and demands a refund we shall look at following key points and will process your refund accordingly; (a) We usually take 1 - 2 working days in order to fully understand about your business and your requirements for your bespoke video template, so if your refund request for your bespoke video template payment falls in between this time brackets we shall happily process your full refund; (c) The next 3 - 4 working days we will spend developing and designing your bespoke video template, we will be sending you proof of template designs as we progress with this phase in order to make sure we are progressing as you have requested us. If your refund request falls in between this time brackets we shall process your half of the paid amount for your bespoke video template; (d) The next 2 - 3 working days we will spend in order to fully integrate the bespoke template(s) in our production workflow as it only goes in this phase, once you have approved the version that we sent to you. We aim to keep all client approvals in writing and preferably in English language. If your refund request falls in between this time brackets we shall not be able to process any refund as we have already processed the work which we were paid for;

3.1 We offer quarterly and yearly based recurring subscriptions across three subscription models (Basic, Pro & Enterprise) for our digital product/service. It is necessary to have an active subscription in order to facilitate our services. 3.2 However, should you wish to change your mind and wants a refund we shall look at following key points and will process your refund accordingly; (a) If you have not exchanged a single digital business card using our platform, we shall process a full refund upon your request, if your request falls within 28 calendar days of your purchase; (b) If you have done some exchange of digital business card using our platform, we shall process half of the paid amount upon your request, if your request falls within 28 calendar days of your purchase; (c) We shall not process any refund request after 28 calendar days have been passed from your day of purchase.
